Amar brings a wealth of experience across banking, finance, technology, and global business expansion, with a career spanning Australia, the U.S., and key international markets. Amar orchestrated the raise of $2.1Bn in funding from debt and capital markets, raised $45M from single investor and has a successful exit. Beginning his career in banking and finance in Sydney, Australia, He later gained experience in the telco/digital infrastructure sector before transitioning to strategy and product development in investment banking and wealth management in New York. He later served as Director of Finance and COO at the University of Sydney, where he led the global expansion of a for-profit business across energy, oil & gas, mining, infrastructure, and technology sectors. His leadership extends internationally, driving sales and deal execution across Australia, the U.S., Canada, India, Singapore, and China. An entrepreneur at heart, Amar founded an EdTech company, successfully exiting in 2020, before co-founding Klaviss, an industry first multi-AI Agent ecosystem for the real estate industry, with three patents pending, headquartered in Silicon Valley. Amar studied Software Engineering, a Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Cambridge, and an Executive MBA from the University of New South Wales. He is also a dedicated mentor to postgraduate students, offering insights into business strategy, investment, and international market expansion.
Seth Bradley, Esq., is a seasoned securities attorney with extensive experience in private investment vehicles and securities transactions, and helped closed over 700 plus funds over $9Bn to-date on behalf of clients. He has practiced at leading Am Law 200 firms, including DLA Piper, Winstead, and Steptoe & Johnson. Later, he founded RaiseLaw Inc., a boutique SEC law firm focused on securities and private placements. Seth has advised fund managers, syndicators, investors, and financial institutions on fund formations, syndications, acquisitions, and compliance. He also serves as Managing Partner of Law Capital Partners and Chief Legal Officer of Tribevest, Klaviss, and StackRack Battery Systems. Additionally, he is a Master Wealth Coach at Fund Founders and hosts Raise the Bar Radio to educate capital raisers and investors. Seth earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law, specializing in Business, Corporate, Real Estate, and Intellectual Property Law, graduating in the top 12% of his class.
Jennifer Cho, Ph.D., is a physicist-turned technology strategist with over 15 years of experience across healthcare, energy, AI-powered supply chain, smart logistics infrastructure and consumer tech. She brings a unique blend of scientific training and commercial leadership, having worked across the US., Asia, and Europe in early-stage tech ventures and international market expansion. She has held executive roles in product strategy and global partnerships at companies including SOFIE Biosciences, MILabs, and Soundable Health. Her work centers on applying AI to diagnostics, logistics, and personalized user experiences, with a leadership style rooted in analytical rigor and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Her leadership style emphasizes analytical rigor, structured execution, and interdisciplinary collaboration. With a deep scientific foundation and strong business acumen, she has led high-impact teams at the intersection of innovation, data, and global relevance. Dr. Cho holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Physics from UCLA, where she served as President of the UCLA Korean Graduate Student Association and contributed as a lecturer and mentor for the Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Association. She earned her undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences from Yonsei University.
