David Ohm

Co-Founder & General Partner
With a demonstrated history of working in cross-border investment banking, David possesses a strong sense of identifying strategies and capturing opportunities. He started his finance career at Salomon Smith Barney, and subsequently built his investment banking experience through Lehman Brothers and Barclays, gaining comprehensive financial expertise and international exposure across the APAC, EMEA, and MENA regions. He formerly held the position of Managing Director and Head of APAC Operations at Alma Capital, a French private equity firm, and also served in Managing Director and C-level roles at Alpha Centauri Capital’s North America headquarters and as CIO at Sino-Arab Funds in Hong Kong, where he was responsible for investment strategy and the management of capital from Chinese and Middle Eastern UHNW investors. Specializing in alternative and multi-asset strategies, including investments in digital infrastructure, he also served as CEO of Apollonia Capital Partners, focusing on digital infrastructure, platform investments, and cross-border capital formation. Across these roles, he has successfully raised over $7 billion in combined equity and debt capital throughout his career. His work has consistently focused on cross-border investment opportunities, leveraging extensive experience in business development, financial advisory, and institutional capital formation. David holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago, and has further honed his expertise through Valuation and Private Wealth Management programs at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Amar Flora

Co-Founder & General Partner

Amar brings a wealth of experience across banking, finance, technology, and global business expansion, with a career spanning Australia, the U.S., and key international markets. Amar orchestrated the raise of $2.1Bn in funding from debt and capital markets, raised $45M from single investor and has a successful exit. Beginning his career in banking and finance in Sydney, Australia, He later gained experience in the telco/digital infrastructure sector before transitioning to strategy and product development in investment banking and wealth management in New York. He later served as Director of Finance and COO at the University of Sydney, where he led the global expansion of a for-profit business across energy, oil & gas, mining, infrastructure, and technology sectors. His leadership extends internationally, driving sales and deal execution across Australia, the U.S., Canada, India, Singapore, and China. An entrepreneur at heart, Amar founded an EdTech company, successfully exiting in 2020, before co-founding Klaviss, an industry first multi-AI Agent ecosystem for the real estate industry, with three patents pending, headquartered in Silicon Valley. Amar studied Software Engineering, a Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Cambridge, and an Executive MBA from the University of New South Wales. He is also a dedicated mentor to postgraduate students, offering insights into business strategy, investment, and international market expansion.

Patti Pan

General Partner
Patti Pan is a seasoned investor, entrepreneur, and strategic operator with a global track record across alternative investments, finance, and technology-driven ventures, as well as deep engagement in the robotics and physical AI ecosystem. She has led large-scale investment initiatives, including the launch of a $1.5 billion commercial real estate development and the management of a $50 million annual portfolio for a Fortune 500 company, consistently outperforming market benchmarks. Patti is a Strategic Partner at Circuit Launch, the Bay Area’s leading hub for robotics and embodied AI innovation, supporting over 1,000 robotics engineers and founders and collaborating closely with Silicon Valley Robotics and Women in Robotics. She has also been an active investor and operator in early-stage robotics and AI through roles at SOSV, Orbit Startups, and MOX Accelerator, where she led deal sourcing, due diligence, investment analysis, and EIR programs. As the Founder and CEO of RevArt, Patti pioneered the intersection of art and technology, working with firms such as Greystar, Bozzuto, and Northwood, and curating robotic art in collaboration with leading artists including Alexander Reben, Agnieszka Pilat, and Pindar Van Arman. Earlier in her career, she worked with K11 / New World Development alongside Adrian Cheng, supporting post-investment strategy and portfolio value creation for companies including Aibee and DayDayCook (NYSE: DDC). Patti holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and brings a differentiated perspective bridging institutional investing, robotics ecosystems, and real-world deployment.

Ryan Wang

General Partner
Ryan Wang is globally acknowledged as a visionary technology futurist and esteemed business executive, specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Spatial Computing, and Frontier Technology sectors. He holds a distinguished position as Co-founder and General Partner of Outpost Capital, a trailblazing cross-border early-stage venture fund established in 2015, with a primary focus on frontier technology investments across the United States and Asia. In 2020, Ryan co-founded Zebra Labs, a music entertainment company creating new IPs and content with cutting edge technology in metaverse and AI. With over a decade of active engagement in the tech sphere, Ryan has forged significant collaborations with industry giants and fortune 500 companies such as Meta and Google, serving in capacities such as advisor, consultant, or partner. Before venturing into the technological domain, Ryan amassed extensive experience and built a comprehensive and successful career in investment banking, working with Citigroup and Societe Generale in New York City. Ryan holds a Master of Science degree from NYU, and has taught lessons at multiple universities including USC, UW and NTU.

Seth Bradley

General Counsel

Seth Bradley, Esq., is a seasoned securities attorney with extensive experience in private investment vehicles and securities transactions, and helped closed over 700 plus funds over $9Bn to-date on behalf of clients. He has practiced at leading Am Law 200 firms, including DLA Piper, Winstead, and Steptoe & Johnson. Later, he founded RaiseLaw Inc., a boutique SEC law firm focused on securities and private placements. Seth has advised fund managers, syndicators, investors, and financial institutions on fund formations, syndications, acquisitions, and compliance. He also serves as Managing Partner of Law Capital Partners and Chief Legal Officer of Tribevest, Klaviss, and StackRack Battery Systems. Additionally, he is a Master Wealth Coach at Fund Founders and hosts Raise the Bar Radio to educate capital raisers and investors. Seth earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law, specializing in Business, Corporate, Real Estate, and Intellectual Property Law, graduating in the top 12% of his class.

Ofer Eitan

Ofer is an accomplished entrepreneur with a proven track record as both a founder and CEO. He’s well-connected within the start-up community and deeply immersed in cutting-edge technologies and innovative business landscapes. Highly proficient in the global ecosystem of AI, Digital Media, Monetization, Analytics, and Advertising technologies. Diverse roles at Microsoft, Co-Founder and CEO of Moblin, which was sold to a WPP sub, and Co-Founder and CEO of Zoomd which went public in Toronto (TSXV). He Possesses a multidisciplinary mindset, showcasing excellent strategic abilities, and is well-versed in various domains within the high-tech environment. Currently holding advisory positions with companies focusing on Generative AI. Ofer holds a BA in Management & Marketing from the prestigious Reichman University (IDC) in Israel.

Jennifer Cho, Ph.D., is a physicist-turned technology strategist with over 15 years of experience across healthcare, energy, AI-powered supply chain, smart logistics infrastructure and consumer tech. She brings a unique blend of scientific training and commercial leadership, having worked across the US., Asia, and Europe in early-stage tech ventures and international market expansion. She has held executive roles in product strategy and global partnerships at companies including SOFIE Biosciences, MILabs, and Soundable Health. Her work centers on applying AI to diagnostics, logistics, and personalized user experiences, with a leadership style rooted in analytical rigor and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Her leadership style emphasizes analytical rigor, structured execution, and interdisciplinary collaboration. With a deep scientific foundation and strong business acumen, she has led high-impact teams at the intersection of innovation, data, and global relevance. Dr. Cho holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Physics from UCLA, where she served as President of the UCLA Korean Graduate Student Association and contributed as a lecturer and mentor for the Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Association. She earned her undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences from Yonsei University.

Michael Liu

Michael Liu is a cross-disciplinary entrepreneur and investor with a global track record in AI, cybersecurity, energy, and fintech. At China Southern Power Grid, he spearheaded industrial AI R&D and commercialization across smart grid systems as the Leading Expert of AI, building one of the largest and most efficient AI Cloud computing system in the Energy field. As General Partner at Fam Capital, Michael has led cross-border investments connecting deep tech innovations from Asia to North America, with notable deals including Bitmain, Ebang, and OKX. As Fintech and Blockchain Director at QYYS, he led international expansion and strategy, driving over $ 1 B in TVL and over $ 80 M in global decentralized cloud sales. With a background in electrical engineering, an MBA, and fintech training, Michael is also a trusted advisor to global founders, valued for his strategic vision and technical expertise.
